An African, regional company
AITEK operates from Abidjan across several markets in West, Central and North Africa.
Careers
At AITEK, technology can be bought, but the skills to deploy it, secure it and keep it running are built over time. The Group's roles are exercised alongside the manufacturers, software publishers and partners who work in the field.
Why join AITEK
AITEK operates from Abidjan across several markets in West, Central and North Africa.
Roles are exercised in regulatory, logistical and commercial contexts that differ from one country to the next.
Daily work involves direct contact with vendors and software companies under contract.
The indirect model means honouring commitments made to the resellers and integrators who deploy in the field.
Technical, commercial and operational functions work on the same cases.
Technology can be bought; the ability to deploy, secure and maintain it is built.

Culture
At AITEK, performance does not stop at projects. It is also built in the way teams work, progress and grow together.

Team spirit also grows beyond projects. Walks, runs and shared experiences create opportunities to connect across teams and functions in a setting different from everyday work.

At headquarters, a dedicated fitness space gives those who wish to use it an opportunity to train, stay active and find balance in their daily routine.

AITEK Family is a high-performance taekwondo centre where established athletes, emerging talent and coaches share the same culture of discipline, progress and collective achievement. The centre is distinct from the Group's technology activities.
The club also welcomes younger practitioners, helping them learn the foundations of taekwondo alongside respect, confidence, discipline and a sense of progression.

Competition results extend the work carried out day to day around discipline, coaching and progress. Sporting news and results are available on AITEK Family.
