Documents required for the reseller approval application:

  • A letter of approval request on your company letterhead (see template)
  • The completed account opening form
  • Signed and initialed General Sales Conditions
  • A copy of the Business Register
  • A copy of the Fiscal Declaration of Existence
  • A photocopy of the manager’s ID card.
