Our Kickoff 2026 took place over two intense and structuring days, officially marking the launch of our activities around the theme of the year: “Lead Together, Execute with Discipline and Scale with Impact.”

Day 1 – AITEK Study Day

This first day was dedicated to a study session focused on the AITEK 2026 vision, collective leadership, and excellence in execution.

Through workshops, strategic discussions, and reflections, the teams worked to align on our priorities, strengthen operational discipline, and lay the foundations for a sustainable and measurable impact.

Day 2 – Relaxation & Team Cohesion Day

The second day focused on team cohesion, sharing, and strengthening team spirit.

It was an essential moment of relaxation to build stronger connections, encourage collaborative leadership, and fuel the collective energy needed to scale with impact.
