About Us ?

Our Vision: AITEK will be recognized by its partners as a local leader in IT distribution and solutions in Africa.

Our Mission : Our mission is to be the link between our resellers and the manufacturers we represent by adding value to everything that we do. We focus on helping our partners grow and steadily increase their margins by constantly being aware of market fluctuations. For our suppliers, we concentrate on investing locally in Africa by implementing units in every major country, with teams capable of providing solutions to generate demand and promote the brand on the continent. For our resellers, we strive to be a reliable partner by maintaining a strong collaboration between teams thanks to our proximity.   We must always bear in mind that our success depends on theirs. Therefore, it is our duty to provide training, access to credit and help with sales. According to our mission, we will always favour a local approach in all our investments.

Our Values :

Teamwork : We believe in the need to combine our talents in order to foster our community.

Positivity : We always prefer to stay positive no matter how difficult things get because there is no problem that we cannot solve.

Value-Innovation : We anticipate change in order to add value to the offers we provide our partners. Prior to becoming more efficient and creating a name for ourselves, we focus on the market and the needs of our partners and provide them with creative solutions.

Integrity : We follow the 100% indirect business model on which we built our company. We work in accordance with the laws in the countries where we operate. We treat all of our partners fairly in an honest and respectful way without discrimination no matter how big or small their company.

Responsibility : We are all responsible for our own actions and act as if our group’s activities were our own in order to help our group prosper in the long run.
